What is inside the kit?
Inside the kit is everything you need to complete your pictured counted cross stitch. The kit will come with aida fabric, floss, instructions and chart, even a needle to get you going. You can throw the kit into your suitcase and get going while on your trip!
Are these the only designs available?
No, there are many designs available from this company, but these are the ones we try to keep in stock as they sell the best for us. You can always call us to find out what else is available and we can assist you with your order.
Are the kits always in stock?
We try to keep these kits in stock but we can also sell out while at an event. You can call the store for availability or email us as well. We will inform you if your kit is out of stock and will have a short wait. Please try to plan ahead if you are planning to craft this item yourself, as well!
Can I return the kit?
You may return the kit if it is unopened and unused. You have 30 days, per our refund policy, to return it for refund or another kit. We do not reimburse return shipping expenses on any item.
The jewel case on my CD or packaging on my DVD is damaged, can I return it?
We can no longer take responsibility for CD jewel cases damaged in shipping. Unfortunately it happens all the time. If you receive an item that has a cracked case, empty cases are available at most stores that sell music or appliances. We try to pack your orders to protect them from breakage, but we cannot control what the Post Office puts on top of the packages. If the CD itself is damaged, then by all means return it to us for a replacement or refund.
The same applies to DVD packaging.
Can I return the CD or DVD I purchased on here?
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise purchased either thru the mail or in the booth at a festival. Please notify us as soon as possible.
Any CD's or DVDs returned that are not defective, MUST still have the factory seal on the product. With the rise in CD copying, we are unable to refund any merchandise that is not still sealed.
If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us before purchasing. We do our best to assist you in selecting appropriate recordings and are not able to refund merchandise just because you don't like it.
We do not refund for broken jewel cases as this may have occurred after it left our hands. If the CD itself is broken, please contact us.
